1. Permitted Use & Account Requirements
DewClient is a community client and launcher designed for Minecraft. To access multiplayer servers and verify game ownership, you must possess a valid, legitimately purchased Minecraft account.
2. EULA & Brand Guidelines
DewClient operates in strict accordance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and Brand Guidelines:
- DewClient is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
- We do not sell Minecraft game copies or distribute copyrighted vanilla assets.
- All vanilla Minecraft assets are downloaded directly to the player's computer from official CDN infrastructure.
3. Multiplayer Fair Play & Server Rules
DewClient is engineered for performance optimization, client-side visual modifications, and ergonomics. DewClient does not provide cheats, fly hacks, or unfair exploits. However, server operators have sole discretion over what modifications are permitted on their realms. Users are responsible for adhering to the specific rules of the multiplayer servers they join.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
DewClient is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The DewClient development team does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every individual mod or third-party service.
5. Termination
You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by deleting the DewClient application and any associated files from your machine.
